Addressing Learning & Employment Challenges in a MORAL Way

In the recent years, six key challenges in Learning & Employment have been identified across Europe; these challenges call for upskilling, focusing on people entering the labour market in entry-level and other positions in order to align their skills with the requirements of employers, and on people belonging to disadvantaged groups in order to enhance their employability.
